THREE Automatic Retractable HOSE REELS on a Trolley
- Compact design.
- High quality PVC braided white Non toxic, breathing air hose of 6 mm ID and 12 mm OD enclosed in a automation retractable hose reel with manual stop.
- Diameter : less than 16 inch and depth of less than 4 inch.
- The hose length should be 20 metres
- THREE such hose reels to be mounted on a SS 304 trolley. The frame of the trolley should be made of SS 304 pipes with handles made by bending the pipe.
- Trolley should have 4 wheels for easy movement.
- The length of the trolley should be MAXIMUM 30 inch
- The width of the trolley should be 15 inch.
- The hose End should be crimped with female QRC as per our design.
- The hose reel should have a Manifold with 2 inlets and 3 outlets. Each inlet and outlet should have a NRV with female coupler as per our station design.
- The inlet hose should also be duly crimped with male adaptor at One end and push fit connection at the other end connecting the inlet of the Hose reel.
- The manifold should have a Pressure gauge which should display the system pressure
