AIRLINE SYSTEM :                                                    

 

·         A good quality 6 mm ID  PVC braided hose clearly marked Non toxic breathing air hose of  32 inch in Length is connected to the face mask. The tube is  glossy and  has smooth outer surface for easy decontamination.

  • At the other end of the tube there is Activated Carbon and Particulate  filtration media enclosed in a Polymer container.
  • The other end of the Polymer container has a small braided tube with Male QRC adaptor to suit air station need.
  • The Filtering media can be replaced in case required after usage.
  • There is a hook for affixing on waist belt.
  • The entire assembly is contained in a Polymer housing and hose nozzles and plate is of SS.

 

 

Filter Cartridge   :

  1. Filter media : Impregnated Activated Charcoal packed in a pvc container for trapping all toxic & volatile gases alongwith particulate filter.
  2. Filter Housing      :  NYLON  Housing fitted with metal end covers with nozzle.
  3. Filter Resistance : < 12 cm W.G. at 85 lpm.
  4. Filter Leakage : < 0.5% of the normal breathing rate.
  5. Belt Hook Arrangement : Hook is provided to hold the Filter Cartridge to the waist belt.
