WIDE VISION FULL FACE BLACK ELASTOMER MASK TR 2002
- Made of soft, odourless hypoallergenic Black EPDM
- The Revert seal of the Mask is bellow type ergonomic seal 40 mm wide to fit perfectly to every face shape avoiding uncomfortable pressures.
- VISOR : It has a scratch & solvent resistant polycarbonate TOTAL Vision Visor covering forehead to chin enabling complete and clear upper, lower and peripheral visibility close to the feet
- There has NO METAL PARTS except fitting clips, screws and Metal Speech diaphragm.
- The Inhalation port to fit directly the breathing system in leak tight manner by EN 148/1 threads.
- It has a Black neck strap and a Five point Head harness made of Black EPDM rubber with Quick Release buckles.
- The weight of the mask is not more than 650 gms.
- The equipment is manufactured, tested and certified to EN 136 : 98 Class 3, by Italcert.
AIRLINE SYSTEM :
- The Airline System has Single Inhalation Swivel Air Supply Connector which is suitable for fitting robustly and in a leak tight manner on the Full Mask directly through 40 DIN/ EN 148/1 thread connection. The Breathing Tubes rests on the operator’s back and does not dangle in front to enable free working to the operator.
- The Breathing Tubes are of Good Quality 1/4 inch odourless PVC.
- The Twin Breathing Tubes are connected to a Y piece which is further connected to the belt mounted Air Regulator.
- It has an adjustable Belt with Air Regulator operating on the latest Barrel system for flow Control. The lower Air incoming end has a Male Quick fix coupling to attach Airline Hose from the Air Station.
- APPROVALS : Mask is CE marked to EN 136, class 3
